Second one of the evening, another IPA, this time from a little closer to home, as this ones from Scotland, Deuchars IPA to be precise from the Caledonian Brewing Company – www.caledonian-brewery.co.uk. Described as A tasty, clear crisp and light beer, dark gold in colour. It’s dry palate is tempered by a soft and silky maltiness and balanced with quenching citrus fruit. Long, deep, bitter, hop finish. Definitely more ‘hoppy’ than the last one.
